Children’s earliest development and learning takes place through family, community culture and place. As the children participate in life, they develop personal interests and construct their own identities and start their understanding of the world. Being a privately owned and operated service, we can ensure that each child is offered a caring and individual experience.
We as carers are here to provide the play-based learning through activities, experiences, routines and interactions to foster the children’s strong sense of themselves. By building a trusting relationship with the families we hope to develop the connection and maintain a safe and supportive environment for the children to flourish to their fullest potential.
We will provide an open, dynamic and fun program that encourages imaginative learning through play to maximise their opportunity to develop into independent people. By building independent children this will build the confidence for each child, so they are not afraid to give anything a try.
By encouraging the children to explore their feelings, in all life skills and inspire them to reach for the stars. In order to engage the children actively in learning the staff identify the children’s strengths and interests, choose appropriate teaching strategies to build the learning environment and provide a fabulous open-ended opportunity for them.
Through positive interaction and guidance, we would like to show the children the importance of empathy and kindness to build the best working environment for everyone to bloom into the best person they can be.
We look forward to welcoming new families and sharing these very important first years of your child’s learning and development and watch them grow.
